We’re releasing three new features that are available to all user levels today

• AIPRM Everywhere in Browser Context Menu
• AIPRM Omnibox in the Browser Launch Bar
• Multiple Custom Profiles to Pre-Prompt ChatGPT with your preferences. (ED: later OpenAI launched 1 Custom Instruction to apply, but Custom Profiles can be many)

AIPRM Everywhere

An idea landed in the backlog a couple of weeks ago and our engineering team decided to move on it Monday morning. By mid-day one of our engineers masterfully brought it to life. That idea is something that we like to call “AIPRM Everywhere” and I believe it’s a clear indication of where everything in generative AI is going.

In response to ChatGPT plugins, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman was recently quoted as saying “A lot of people thought they wanted their apps to be inside ChatGPT, but what they really wanted was ChatGPT in their apps.” I think, by extension (no pun) the same is true of AIPRM. Users don’t want to have to live in ChatGPT, they want to access the prompts wherever they naturally create content. 

With AIPRM Everywhere, we are taking the first step in that direction by giving you the ability to connect to AIPRM prompts from any place on the web that features a context menu.

Simply right-click (or whatever the motion is on Mac) and you’ll now see an option for AIPRM for ChatGPT. From there, you’ll have access to your Favorites, Suggested, and Live Crawling prompts. 

With this functionality, you can highlight elements on the web and use them as part of your prompts. This saves you from having to copy and paste and gives you the freedom to bring AIPRM with you wherever you go across the web. 

I’m excited that we’ve brought this feature to life and look forward to your feedback as we continue to evolve it.

Using AIPRM Everywhere Step-by-Step

AIPRM Everywhere is a unique context. No one else is doing this just yet, so I wanted to walk you through it so you understand how to use it.

1. Add prompts to your Favorites list.

2. Visit a webpage.

3. Highlight copy that you want to use as part of your prompt. Right-click the selected copy. Choose AIPRM for ChatGPT from the context menu. Select your prompt.

4. Now you’ll be placed in ChatGPT. Make whatever selections you need to refine the prompt.

5. Hit enter in ChatGPT.

AIPRM Omnibox

This release also includes the AIPRM Omnibox. This feature helps you get into your prompting flow directly from the address bar of your browser. 

This feature drops directly into ChatGPT with AIPRM enabled and the prompt you’ve typed. From there you can apply whatever prompt you need.

Using the Omnibox Step-by-Step

1. Click on the address bar.

2. Type “aiprm” and hit space.

3. Once the AIPRM prompt appears in the address bar, type your prompt.

4. Hit enter and you’ll be brought to ChatGPT with your prompt.

5. Select your AIPRM prompt and make any other output adjustments.

6. Hit enter to generate your text.

AIPRM Custom Profiles

You might be shocked to learn that I read every bit of feedback that we get from our users. 

One of the most requested features is the ability to maintain a persistent user context that can be appended to any or every prompt. For example, you may want to include details about your business for ChatGPT to reference and you don’t want to have to type them every time.

So, we went ahead and built a feature just for that. You can go to your account and specify your profile and then toggle it on and off as needed when you’re using AIPRM.

Keep in mind that you want your custom profile to be informational. I recommend 1-2 paragraphs to start. Once you see how your prompts are reacting to it, adjust it accordingly. 

Custom Profiles Step-by-Step

1. From within the AIPRM interface click “Your AIPRM Account.”

2. Fill in your profile.

3. Toggle on “Include My Profile Info” as needed before submitting the prompt.
